African Energy Week (AEW) 2025 is set to host Nigerian President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, who will address delegates at Africa’s premier energy event in Cape Town.

Since taking office, President Tinubu has implemented policies to cut project costs by 40%, secure over $8 billion in deepwater investments, and revive domestic refining to enhance energy security.
